How long will it stay cold?+
The gel gradually warms during use. We do not currently quote a tested cooling duration for this model. Re-chill it using the included directions, or swap to a second cap while the first chills. Take it off if it feels uncomfortable.
Will it completely block light?+
The cap covers your eyes to reduce incoming light. The amount of light around the edges depends on your fit and positioning. Adjust it gently; total blackout is not guaranteed.
Can I heat it or wear it overnight?+
Use it as a cooling cap while you are awake. We do not recommend heating it or sleeping in it. Follow the included instructions for chilling, wear time and cleaning.
Which set should I choose?+
One cap is a simple place to start. Two caps let you keep one chilling while you use the other, or keep a separate cap for someone else. Both sets contain the same black 425g model.

Changed your mind?
Tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after delivery. You do not need to give a reason. After telling us, send the items back within a further 14 days.
How to arrange a return
Use our contact form or email us with your order number and the items you are returning. We will provide the return instructions. You can also cancel by making any clear statement to us; no special form or approval is required.
Return postage & condition
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Package items securely and keep proof of postage. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. We may deduct for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Your refund
We refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. A cancelled order includes the standard outbound delivery cost you paid; any extra cost of premium delivery is not refunded. There is no restocking fee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us so we can put it right. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Your legal rights to a refund, repair or replacement are unaffected; the change-of-mind deadline does not limit those rights.
